CHIA SEEDS (whole, soaked in 1/2 tsp Shilajit & PristineHydro) 3 or 4 parts liquid to 1 part seeds.

How to enjoy ☺

1. Spoon out & consume in more solid form.
2. Pre-combine with Chia Seeds. Then blend with Raw Cacao Powder (optional) and Raw Almond or Goat Milk. We suggest approximately 4 spoons of Antidote with 4 to 8 oz of Liquid (depending on desired consistency). Can add more honey for additional sweetening.
